To describe the character of Riesling, one can take as a basis two definitions: freshness and sweetness. High acidity gives a characteristic freshness, it also creates a balance between sweetness and freshness, and even at the highest sugar content, wines do not become cloying. Riesling, collected on the vineyards of the Taman Peninsula, gives the wine a beautiful straw color and a bright flower-apple aroma with honey hints. The highlight of this wine is an unusual taste balance between "brandy" sourness and natural sweetness of taste. Light, refreshing wine. Manufactured according to the classical technology for white wines and aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months. It will give a special sound to hot fish dishes and seafood cocktails. It is combined with dishes from white meat and giblets.
