The wines of the Chateau Taman line are produced using classical technologies, and the apple-milk fermentation method is used to reduce acidity, resulting in wines becoming softer and more harmonious. For the production of semisweet "Krasnoe Tamani", selective grapes of red varieties (age of vines not less than 15 years) are used: Cabernet, Merlot, Saperavi and Krasnostop anapsky. The grapes are grown and harvested on the own vineyards of the agricultural firm "Yuzhnaya", which are located in the Temryuk district. Color in the glass from light red to dark red.
