Sauvignon-Krasnostop Taman. Chateau Tamagne 2015

The wines of the Chateau Taman line are produced using classical technologies, and the apple-milk fermentation method is used to reduce acidity, resulting in wines becoming softer and more harmonious. The only tandem that is represented in the Chateau Taman line is the union of two varieties, international and autochthonous: Sauvignon (age 12 years) and Krasnostop Anapsky (age 16 years). The grapes are grown and harvested on their own vineyards, which are located on the Taman peninsula. With a fairly intense color, depending on the mood of the two partners, the shades in the glass can vary from pale pink to crimson. The aroma is harmonious, with fruit tones and mineral shades. The taste is fresh and soft. Ideal wine for a hot summer evening or a warm spring day. It is best suited to cold appetizers and fish dishes. Perfectly combined with fruits and berries.
