Frankovka. Kuban-Vino

The wine is made from grapes of the Frankovka variety (age 12 years), collected on the own vineyards of the agricultural firm "Yuzhnaya", located on the Taman Peninsula of the Krasnodar Territory. The homeland of the variety "Frankivka" is called Germany or Austria - there it is called Blaufrankish. Now it is grown mainly in the Central European wine regions. On Taman land, he acquired his color and personality, which was decided to convey to those who are not tired of looking for themselves something new and unusual, including in wines. The color of the wine is from ruby ​​to dark ruby. In the glass reigns the fragrance of field herbs, light spicy and honey tones in combination with black fruits. The taste of wine is full, thick, tart. With this wine, poultry meat is perfectly combined in a hot sauce, pasta with ham and spicy cheese, baked vegetables. It is recommended to serve wine, pre-cooled to 12-14 ° C.
