The year became a landmark for "Kuban-Vino". It began with the release of a number of novelties, including a classic sparkling extra brut "Aristov. Cuvée Alexander Blanc de Noir ", a unique series of red and white wine" Angels and Demons "from the red grape variety Cabernet.
In March, the first in the South of Russia wine club "Chateau Taman" opened in Krasnodar, which at its site united the shopping, tasting and presentation rooms, as well as a special room for wine storage.
In April, the holding "Ariant" opened the largest in Russia high-tech nursery of grape seedlings, which by 2020 will cover the needs for foreign seedlings not only of the holding itself, but of all farms and winemaking companies in Russia.
By the beginning of the summer season, the winery has launched a novelty - sparkling "Frutissimo" with the addition of fruit juices, as well as quiet wines of the brand "ARISTOV" and a new line - "Collection of wine from hybrid and autochthonous varieties".
Another new brand was added to the collection of the winery in late summer: wines were produced under the trademark "Vysoky Bereg", each wine of this series was certified according to the environmental criteria "EcoTestPlus". Similar certificates for products winery was received for the first time.
One of the most important steps for the company was obtaining a license for the production of wine products with a protected geographical indication (ZSU). The availability of the license confirms that the production of the winery is made from grapes grown in the wine-growing regions "Kuban" and "Kuban. Taman peninsula ".
In 2017, Kuban-Vino expanded the geography of its exports, signing contracts for the supply of wine to Kazakhstan and India. At the end of 2017, the winery also exports its products to China, Japan, Germany and Ukraine.
November 6, 2017 in the village. Grape of Anapa district, the first stone of the Center for Enology and Tourism and the new winery of the wine group of companies "Ariante" was laid. The innovative plant will be built on the site of the legendary Order-bearing SEC of them. Lenin, founded in 1933, the largest wine-making enterprise of the country of the times of the USSR. To design the future plant for the production of champagne and sparkling wines of the full cycle, the best specialists from Italy and France were brought in. The new production site will perform the full range of tasks for processing grapes, champagne, bottling, packaging, storage and sale. Multifunctional tourist complex on the basis of the new plant of the wine group "Ariant" in the future is called upon to become a cultural center of the Krasnodar Territory and one of the most important development centers not only in the wine industry, but also in the whole direction of wine and agro-tourism in Russia.

The winery "Kuban-Vino" is 60 years old. With the purchase in the beginning of the year of one of the most equipped enterprises of the country, the new wine factory, the company "Kuban-Wine" plans to increase the production capacity of the wine by 50%. Thus, becoming the unprecedented leader of the market of Russian high-quality wine. The end of the year was marked by two achievements: the production director Vanda Botnari received the europatent for the invention "The way of sparkling wine production", and the Russian quality mark was awarded to the sparkling semi-sweet white wine of the trademark "Chateau Taman".

The opening of the first in the history of the company chronological museum "Gallery 1956" was held on the territory of the winery.
Holding "Ariant", which includes the winery "Kuban-Vino", became the largest producer of wine in Russia. The area of the company's own vineyards reached 9500 ha. 7000 hectares of vineyards on the Taman peninsula and 2500 hectares of new vineyards acquired in 2015 in Anapa district.

A new finished goods warehouse with a total area of more than 4600 square meters was put into operation. m. The next stage of reconstruction of the champagne department and aged wines has been completed. A new line of bottling and decoration of champagne, produced in the classical way, was installed and debugged. The existing line of champagne bottling was equipped with an automated conveyor of boxes to the warehouse of finished products. Production of sparkling wines in the format "minion" with a capacity of 0.2 liters was started.

"Kuban-Vino" finished installation and testing of a new line of cold bottling of wine on the basis of the equipment of the trade mark "Finotec". The control of installation and commissioning was carried out by a group of European specialists led by engineer-engineer Hans Peter Schaub. A special feature of cold bottling is the so-called "membrane filtration", which preserves the living "essence" of the wine.

The company store "Chateau Taman" was opened in the village of Taman. Being one of the largest in the province of wine boutiques, it embodies an architectural masterpiece of glass and wood, surrounded by vineyards with excellent sea views. In total, the company store presents more than 200 items of products produced by Kuban-Vino: ordinary quiet and sparkling wines, cognacs, aged and collection wines of limited series.

Specialists of Kuban-Vino for the first time in Russia developed and implemented an innovative technology for the production of young sparkling wines from the harvest grapes of the same year in which bottling was carried out. For the first time in the history of the company, under the guidance of a talented winemaker Vanda Ivanovna Botnari, a workshop was set up to produce champagne and sparkling wines in a reservoir way, the production of champagne was mastered by the classical champagne method in a bottle.
After a long interruption, the winery renewed the aging of the wines in oak barriques. In the same year, a unique vinotheque was created for the storage of collection wines, including, among them, the rare specimens of the Madera of the Kuban crop of 1998 and 1991.

The company "Kuban-wine", the first in the history of Russian winemaking, joined the world tradition to celebrate a new wine year with the release of a young wine. In the beginning it was with an experiment, an attempt to produce its Beaujolais Nouveau, crowned with success. Then came awards at specialized and national competitions and a high assessment of the President of the Council of Burgundy, François Patria, during the visit of the delegation of the holding company "Ariante" to France.

Since July 2003, the countdown of the company's newest history begins. Kuban-Vino LLC is a part of the large Russian industrial and trading holding company "Ariant", which includes agricultural and processing facilities, which ensure a consistent cycle for the production of natural grape wine, a wide range of wine and alcoholic beverages, nonalcoholic sweet and mineral water.
The third shop has six filling lines: a bottling line with a capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour; souvenir line of bottling of vintage wines, cognacs (brandy); line bottling of wine with a capacity of 3500 bottles per hour. The production of wines in the package "BAG IN BOX" with a capacity of 3, 10 and 20 liters is arranged.
Winemakers of the French Institute of the Enology of Champagne are invited under the direction of the famous oenologist Jérôme Barret (Jerome Barret). During the successful ten-year cooperation with the Institute, the trademark "Chateau Tamagne" (Chateau Taman) was developed and received a powerful development.

In shop number 3, the first filling line was launched, Italian equipment was installed. On April 22, 2000, the first bottle of Isabella wine was bottled. May 25-27, 2000 in the city of Rostov-on-Don at the specialized exhibition-fair "Donskaya Chasha" during the tasting contest of 5 presented samples of products of the JV "Kuban-Vino" Ltd. 4 were awarded with awards: dry "Cabernet" and semisweet " Sauvignon "were awarded a silver medal, semi-dry" Sauvignon "and semisweet" Isabella "- a bronze medal. The enterprise was awarded with a diploma for the qualitative design of the products. On August 28-30, 2000, the International Exhibition-Fair "Wine-Vodka-Tabak" was held in Sochi. The following wines were awarded for excellent quality: "Isabella" semisweet - gold medal, "Traminer" semi-sweet - bronze medal.

The JV "Kuban-Vino" LLC was established, which was established on the basis of the winery of the agrofirma "Starotitarovskaya" and JV "Larga Vin LTD", Republic of Moldova. The new enterprise absorbed the best traditions of Moldovan and Kuban winemakers. Supervised by the restructuring process, Deputy General Director for Production Alexander V. Timchenko (now deputy director for general issues of the company "Kuban-Wine").

The Starotitarovsky winery, which included the Starotitarovskiy winery, was transformed into the agrofirma Starotitarovskaya.
The grape lands of the agrofirma "Starotitarovskaya" are used by the leading research institutes of Russia as a base for experimental development in order to improve the assortment of grapes by selection.

In the harvest season of 1987 - 1988, on the basis of the utilization shop, All-Union tests of equipment of all kinds of extractors were conducted to obtain diffuse juice from grape squeezes. The technology consists in the leaching of extractive substances from fruit moss by water. At the same time, sugars, organic acids pass into the juice.
Vinokislaya lime (VKI), derived from waste wine, was exported to Italy.

Wine shop No. 2 was put into operation for storing wine materials for 300,000 decaliters; the shop for aging vintage wines for 2,222 oak barrels, in which "Kuban" was strong and "Red Bunch" for 3 years; shop for cognac spirits.
The plant starts the production of vintage and ordinary high-quality wines, as well as ordinary cognacs.
In 1970 Vladimir Zurabovich Mdivani came to the plant as a technologist (from 1989 to 1992, the director of the agricultural firm Starotitarovskaya, who later held the leading position in the association Kubanvinogradalco).

Specialists of the plant continued successful developments in the production of dry yeast for the perfume industry and lactic acid lime (VKI).

For the first time in the domestic winemaking at the winery, a low-waste technology for processing grape squeezes and yeast was developed and introduced to produce alcohol, fodder flour and protein feed.

On the basis of the constructed vipunkt, the Starotitarovskiy winery was formed through its separation from the Temryuk winery. The first director was Chebotarev Boris Mikhailovich, and the main winemaker was Danilian Alexander Arkadevich.
To store wine at the plant, underground ferro-concrete tanks were actively used. The necessary departments and services were created that were responsible for the construction, expansion and debugging of the production process. Work had a lot as a wine-making worker, and machine operators, and often the shift lasted a day.
